Who handles your data
The controller is DENTALIKA s.r.o., Herlianska 146/9, 821 03 Bratislava-Ružinov, Company ID (IČO) 48099881.

What we collect
Through this site we collect only what you write to us yourself, plus the technical details the site needs to work.
- From the form: your name, phone number, email, the treatment you selected, your preferred time and the text of your message.
- From your browser: the language you picked, light or dark theme, and your cookie choice. These stay on your device and are never sent to us.
- From the server: your IP address and the time of the request. We use them only to limit automated form submissions.
Why we need it
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and steps taken prior to entering into a contract for the provision of dental care.
- So we can get back to you with available appointment times.
- So we can answer your question.
- So automated programs cannot abuse our forms.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as it takes to deal with your request. If you do not become a patient, we delete the request.
Patient health records are kept for the periods set by the Slovak healthcare act. Those periods concern the treatment itself, not this website.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we never pass it on for marketing purposes.
Only our staff and our hosting provider, who runs the site, have access. The provider is bound by confidentiality.
Cookies and third-party tools
The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. We only store your language, theme and cookie choice, and we store them in your browser.
The map on the contact page is served from our own server, so opening the page connects you to nobody else. The interactive Google map loads only when you click it yourself.
Your rights
Just write to dentalika.stom1@gmail.com. Handling your request costs you nothing.
- To know what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- To have incorrect data corrected.
- To ask us to delete your data, unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
- To withdraw your consent at any time.
- To complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
